| Objective:Ophthalmoplegia model established by taking the inhuman primate rhesus but with human-like central nervous system and eye structure in order to observe the effect of percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation(TENS)on the eye movement change of Ophthalmoplegia rhesus. Methods:Select two male rhesus, make Ophthalmoplegia model by excising all the lateral rectus. After the spontaneous recovery at the first month,we proceed percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation curing at the second month. With the reference of the eye movement parameter that detected during the period of spontaneous recovery and TENS curing which provided by the infrared eye tracker,we evaluate the TENS curing effect on rhesus.Results:1.Ophthalmoplegia rhesus model established.2.The basic parameter of two rhesus’ binoculus eyeball track, binoculus movement range, summit speed and time difference changed obviously before and after the TENS curing. Conclusions:Percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation could enhance the scan range, speed and time of the Ophthalmoplegia rhesus, and obviously improve the eye ball movement function and clinical symptoms, which proves TENS curing mechanism could promote the regeneration and repair of the damaged nerve. |
