Research On Drug Welfare Effect Of Patients With Chronic Diseases Based On Two-step Clustering Method

1 Research purposeBased on the evaluation index system of drug welfare effect for patients with chronic diseases which had been constructed by Natural Science Fund Project of the study of accurate health poverty alleviation policy optimization based on enhancing chronic patients’ welfare effects of drugs.From the aspects of drug accessibility effect,drug price effect,drug fairness effect and drug health effect,we analyze the current situation of drug welfare effect in China’s chronic disease patients from the perspective of chronic diseases.The two-step clustering method is used to subdivide the survey samples.According to the characteristics of the samples and theirs’level of welfare effect,we explore the influencing factors of the drug welfare effect of the patients with chronic diseases,and propose strategies for improving the drug welfare effect of the chronic disease patients.2 Research methodsThrough systematical review of academic literature database,such as CNKI,Duxiu,Wanfang database,Pubmed,web of science and other databases,it lays a theoretical foundation for the selection of indicators in the evaluation of drug welfare effects of patients with chronic diseases.With the evaluation index system of drug welfare effect for patients with chronic diseases which had been constructed by Natural Science Fund Project,it designs the expert consultation questionnaire to determine the weight of the index.By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the welfare effect evaluation of patients with chronic diseases is transformed from qualitative evaluation to quantitative analysis.The two-step clustering method is applied to analyze the different welfare groups of patients with chronic diseases.According to the characteristics of patients,we found out the influencing factors of drug welfare effect of chronic disease patients,and put forward the optimization strategy of the improvement of drug welfare effect for chronic disease patients.3 Research resultsThrough the analysis of the drug welfare effect of patients with chronic diseases in Gansu,Sichuan and Hebei,the drug welfare effect of patients with chronic diseases is at a moderate level,which needs to be further improved.Moreover,there are significant differences in the level of drug welfare effects between regions and among individuals.On the whole,only a few chronic patients have higher level of drug welfare effect,while most patients have a lower level of drug welfare effect.The drug welfare effect of chronic disease patients is related to their personality characteristics and diseases.The drug price effect and drug fairness effect have a great impact on the level of drug welfare effect of patients.4 Research conclusionsThrough the "precision identification","precision medical","accurate help" to improve the effect of the drug welfare of the patients with chronic diseases.In terms of precision identification,it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable identification standard,to integrate regional resources,to establish and to improve regional patients database,to explore diverse effects of drug welfare identification standard.The identification system of regional drug welfare effec can be included of drug accessibility,drug price,drug fairness and drug health to achieve the accurate identification of individual patients in the region.Through precise identification,the corresponding measures for precise medical treatment can be carried out from drug accessibility effect,drug price effect,drug fairness effect and drug health effect.Through precise identification,it is necessary to determine the precise recipients,different means of help for different groups of chronic diseases patients.It is necessary to set up and improve the long-term help mechanism in order to achieve the precise and accurate implementation of the chronic disease patients,assistance measures.
