Clinical Observation Of Compound Huang Bo Liquid Retention Enema Combined With Compound Angelica Injection Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Anus Sinusitis

Objective:Anal sinusitis,also known as anal crypt inflammation,is an acute and chronic inflammatory disease produced by anal crypt and anal flap.It often complicating anal papillae and anal papilla hypertrophy.It is a common disease and frequently occurring disease in anorectal diseases.It belongs to"dirty poison disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.Because of the speciality of anus sinus form and location,it is easy to be damaged and get infected,causing pathogenic bacteria to invade anus sinus and induce anus sinusitis.Its clinical symptoms are anal pain,anal dilatancy,anal humidity accompanied by secretion of anus pruritus,and fecal sticky and discomfort.At the onset of mild symptoms,most patients refuse to consult doctor,easily ignored by patients themselves.As a result,in clinical field,it is very important to prevent the early symptom.Nowadays,the treatment of anal sinusitis is mainly based on non-surgical treatment,such as suppository,anal enema,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,retention enema,systemic improvement of circulation and anti infection treatment.However,because the treatment process lasts for a long time,the whole body may have the risk of the anti infection,oral and other measures,many patients are difficult to persevere,which cause limitations in this treatment.In this paper,we observed the effect of Compound Huang Bo Liquid retention enema combined with Compound Angelica Injection on anal sinusitis,so as to provide a more convenient,feasible and effective method for clinical treatment of anal sinusitis.Methods:Hubei University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital selected anorectal anal sinusitis patients with anal sinusitis patients who are in hospital from May 2016 to November2017,including 100 standard cases,54 cases were male,46 were female;the youngest is 18 years old,the oldest is 70 years old;the shortest course lasts 6 month,the longest 11 year.100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and degree of illness between the two groups(P>0.05).However,it is meaningful to compare with them,The treatment group was treated with compound Huang Bai liquid retention enema which also combined with compound angelica injection,while the control group was treated with Ornidazole and Sodium Chloride Injection retention enema.The drug retention enema in the two groups was once both in the morning and evening,and the drug temperature was about37-38℃,100ml each time.Among them,the treatment group combined with compound angelica injection,the first set of points(long strong point or point),4ml each time,1 times a day;10 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The clinical symptoms and signs of anal swelling,burning pain,anorectal tenderness,tenderness,anorectal congestion and edema were recorded and evaluated before and after treatment,and all the data were statistically analyzed.Result is as follows:Firstly,the overall curative effect:the treatment group of50 patients,the cure(cure+markedly)in 40 cases,7 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency is 80%;50 patients in the control group,the cure(cure+markedly)in 30 cases,14 cases improved,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency is 60%,with the the rank sum test,P<0.001(P<0.05).Secondly,the improvement of clinical symptoms:using X~2 test,there was a significant difference between the two groups in the symptoms of anal distention,pain and other symptoms(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Thirdly,improvement of clinical signs:using X~2 test,there was a significant difference between the two groups in improving the symptoms of anal sinus tenderness,tenderness,congestion,edema and other signs(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Fourthly,the recurrence and adverse reactions of two groups:after 3 weeks of recurrence,by comparing the two groups,there exists a significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.No adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion:This study used Compound Huang Bo Liquid retention enema combined with Compound Angelica Injection acupoint injection therapy,it can play the strengths of traditional Chinese medicine in anorectal diseases,and show the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,Chinese medicine surgery to undertake the advantages which are affordable,safe and convenient,Moreover,it is easy for patients to accept it with good compliance.The statistical data have showed that the treatment group was higher than the control group in the area that whether the symptoms were relieved,the signs were improved,or the later recurrence.Therefore,Compound Huang Bo Liquid retention enema combined with Compound Angelica Injection acupoint injection in the treatment of anal sinusitis,this treatment plan is more convenient and effective in clinical application,and is worthy of clinical application.
