The Research Of Clinical Efficacy About Fufangjiakang Tablet Therapy In The Maintenance Of Graves’ Disease

Objective: In this study,we’ll observe the effects of different doses of Tablet-Fufangjiakang tablet and western medicine on the maintenance of Graves disease.Providing the best treatment regimen for the maintenance of hyperthyroidism to better promote hyperthyroidism patients to restore normal thyroid 、reduce the recurrence rate and maintain the stability of thyroid function.Method: The clinical data from October 2007 to December 2017,the patients in the thyroid clinic of Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital were diagnosed as hyperthyroidism with Qi and yin deficiency type,screening out cases of patients which taking western medicine and Fufangjiakang tablets and periodic reviewing within 1 years after withdrawal,divided into four groups: The experimental group was Fufangjiakang tablet group.They were divided into small dose group(1-5 tablets / day during maintenance period)and large dose group(maintained for 6-10 tablets / day in the first 6 months of maintenance period).The control group was western medicine,divided into small dose group(1mg-5mg/ days)and high dose group(maintained for 6mg-10 mg / day in the first 6 months of maintenance period).The syndrome scores,thyroid hormone levels,and antibody levels of the patients before and after the maintenance period were compared.According to statistics the number of cases of abnormal thyroid function in each group,the average duration of the maintenance period during the period of maintenance,the time of thyroid dysfunction was observed for the first time after the drug was stopped,the number of recurrent cases in each group,the thyroid hormone level in the recurrent patients and compare recurrent patients with remission patients about the period of maintenance and total course of treatment the best drug use scheme was obtained.Results: A total of 93 copies of patient medical records to meet the requirements,tablet Fufangjiakang group of 45 cases,including 24 cases of small dose group and high dose group in 21 cases,control group of 48 cases,including 26 cases of small dose group,high dose group of 22 cases.The symptom score of the four groups at the end of the treatment was lower than that before the maintenance period,which was statistically significant.The score of small dose group of compound hyperthyroidism group decreased more significantly than that of small dose group.There was no significant difference in serum thyroid hormone levels between the four groups at the end of the treatment and the level of serum thyroid hormones before the maintenance period.The low dose group,after treatment of Fufangjiakang tablets group FT3,TRAb level lower than control group,with statistical significance.The treatment course of the compound hyperthyroidism small dose group was the longest,and it was statistically significant compared with the large dose group of compound hyperthyroidism tablet.During the maintenance of the treatment,the number of cases of thyroid dysfunction of the compound hyperthyroidism small dose group was the least,and it was statistically significant compared with the control small dose group and high dose group of Fufangjiakang tablets.Comparison of the recurrence rate within 1 years after discontinuation of Fufangjiakang tablets in small dose group is lower than the other three groups,there was significant difference compared with the low dose group thyrozol.There was no significant difference between the four groups in the time of drug withdrawal to relapse.The treatment course and the total course of treatment in the remission group were significantly greater than those in the recurrent group.The recurrence of hyperthyroidism,Fufangjiakang tablets group FT3、FT4 levels were significantly lower than control group,TSH was significantly higher than control group.Control group,high dose group FT4 levels were significantly lower than the low dose group,TSH levels were significantly higher than that of low dose group.Conclusion:1、Fufangjiakang tablets in the treatment of Graves disease remain valid,curative effect is better than that of thyrozol.The small dose of compound hyperthyroidism tablet is more effective in improving the symptoms and signs of patients with Graves disease and reducing the level of FT3 and TRAb.2、To maintain the stability of the thyroid function,Fufangjiakang tablet is better than that of thyrozol,and it is related and small dose of Fufangjiakang tablets is more conducive to the stability of thyroid function.3,the recurrence of Graves’ s disease has nothing to do with the treatment time before the maintenance period,which is related to the duration of the maintenance period,and the recurrence rate is low in the course of treatment.4.The recurrence rate of the patients taking compound hyperthyroidism tablets at the maintenance period is low and the degree of relapse is lighter.
