| Objective: Experiment by examining carotid ultrasound and detection of plasma Lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)level and Helicobacter pylori(Helicobacter pylori,HP)infection situation, discusses the Lp-PLA2 and HP infection and Atherosclerosis(Atherosclerosis,AS)correlative possibility. Methods: Selecting 126 patients with carotid artery colour,74 patients with atherosclerotic plaque formation as the experimental group from Department of Cardiology,Inner Mongolia University for The Nationlities affiliated hospital from Dec,2016 to Sept,2017.52 patients with atherosclerosis without atherosclerosis were selected as the control group. The carotid artery color ultrasound was used to evaluate the atherosclerotic plaque, and the size and thickness of the plaques were divided into 3 levels, and the Crouse score was recorded.Blood samples were collected to determine lp-pla2 and other general biochemical indicators. The HP infection was detected by the urea 13 C exhalation test.Pearson correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between lp-pla2 and Crouse integrals.ROC curve analysis compared the value of Lp-PLA2 in carotid atherosclerosis.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis of the correlation between HP infection and other risk factors. Results: 1,Plasma Lp-PLA2 concentration in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001);2,With the increase of plaques,Crouse integrals and Lp-PLA2 content increased, and Spearman correlation analysis showed that the content of Lp-PLA2 was positively correlated with Crouse integral,r=0.799,P<0.001;3,The ROC curve analysis calculated that the threshold value of lp-pla2 for predicting the formation of vascular plaques was >39.2(ug/L),with a sensitivity of 78.43% and specificity of 74.54%.Under the curve of Lp-PLA2,the area(AUC)is 0.894(95%CI=0.837-0.952);4,Positive 51(69.52%)patients HP infection, and HP infection negative 23(30.48%),19 positive control group HP infection(25.33%),and HP infection negative 33 people(74.67%),treatment group compared with control group in the HP infection rates, with significant difference statistically significant(P<0.001);5,There was no statistically significant difference in plaque grading and Crouse score in patients with HP infection who had negative HP infection(P>0.05);6,The HP infection of the experimental group was positively correlated with Lp-PLA2,and the correlation coefficient was Kendall ’s tau-b=0.232,P=0.017.No correlation between HP infection and Lp-PLA2 in the control group(P>0.05);7,Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the HP infection of carotid atherosclerotic plaque was associated with Lp-PLA2(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1,Lp-pla2 is associated with atherosclerotic plaque, and its level is directly proportional to the severity and risk of atherosclerosis, and has a certain predictive effect on atherosclerosis;2,HP infection is significantly associated with atherosclerotic plaque formation;3,Plasma LP-PLA2 levels in patients with positive Hp infection were increased, and their interactions may accelerate the risk of atherosclerotic disease. |
