Study On Compatibility Of Prescriptions For Treating Senile Dementia In Recent 25 Years

Objective:By collecting and sorting out the prescription for the treatment of senile dementia in the nearly 25 years(1990-2015)of modern literature,using data mining methods,to analyze the prescription compatibility rules for treating senile dementia in the past 25 years,in order to provide ideas and methods for clinical treatment of senile dementia.Methods:1.Collect and sort out the prescription for treating senile dementia by searching.2.Set up Excel data tables for the prepared prescription according to the classification of main therapeutic evidence types,statistical classification of each type of drug,high frequency drug,drug conversion,drug properties;the association rules of each type of drug were analyzed,and the commonly used drug groups were obtained.Results:Through the collection of literature on the treatment of senile dementia in the past 25 years,there were 565 prescriptions,and the common syndrome types were summarized as the insufficiency of the medullary sea type(220),spleen and kidney deficiency type(61),Qi and lood deficiency type(33),turbid phlegm type(76),blood stasis type(99),phlegm stasis type(45),heart and liver fire type(31).The drug classification statistics for each type of medicine entered in the Excel data table can be obtained by:the treatment of the insufficiency of the medullary sea type of senile Root-Acorus Root.In terms of overall medication use,the regression of drugs is mainly Liver,lung,spleen,kidney meridian;the medicinal is mainly warm,cold and flat;most of the drug taste is sweet,bitter,xin;the therapeutic drugs are mainly blood circulation drug,tonic drug and sedative drug.Conclusion:The results suggest that:(1)The insufficiency of the medullary sea type is mainly based on supplementing and removing blood stasis;the spleen and kidney deficiency type is mainly based on Qi and Yang;the Qi and blood deficiency type is mainly based on Qi;the phlegm stasis type is mainly based on resolve phlegmand Qi;the blood stasis type is mainly based on removing blood stasis;the phlegm stasis type is mainly based on resolve phlegm,removing blood stasis;the heart and liver fire type is mainly based on go to the hot.(2)In the drug pair,in addition to the spleen and kidney deficiency type and the Qi and blood deficiency type,the other five syndromes have the use of Acorus Root in the two and three drugs combination,it can be seen that Acorus Root is a common drug for the treatment of senile dementia,it plays an important role in the treatment of senile dementia.(3)The
