Objective:This study was designed to invent a new surgery called improved open-loop PPH to reduce the recurrence rate of PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and decrease the complications such as anastomotic stenosis,anal discomfort,rectal vaginal fistula.To observe the overall effect of the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,compared cure rate of the improved open-loop PPH surgery with traditional mixed hemorrhoid surgery and PPH surgery.And then determine whether the improved open-loop PPH can reduce the recurrence rate of mixed hemorrhoids and the postoperative complications.To explore the scientificity,safety and efficacy of improved open-loop PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,so as to impleme-nt the surgical spirit of minimally inNRSive and innovate the surgical approach to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:The 90 patients who met the criteria for this study were collected and divided into 3 groups according to the statistical principle.The traditional mixed hemorrhoid surgery group,PPH group,improved open-loop PPH group of 30 cases.The three groups respectively,to take MMH,PPH,and improved open-loop PPH surgery.The indexes included anal function score,clinical curative effect,cure rate,postoperative complications(including urinary retention,pain,anal stenosis,tenesmus,etc.),recurrence(follow-up 6 months)and so on.Results:Through the statistical analysis,improved open-loop PPH compared with the the traditional mixed hemorrhoid surgery and PPH group,has significant statistically in postoperative complications(including urinary retention,pain,bleeding,anal stenosis,tenesmus,etc.)and recurrence(follow-up 6 months)(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in anal function scores,clinical efficacy,cure rate and wound healing time(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional mixed hemorrhoids and external lithotripsy,PPH surgery,improved open loop PPH surgery is worthy of recognition in the clinical efficacy of mixed hemorrhoids;At the same time,it has the advantages of less postoperative complications and low recurrence rate.It has practical feasibility,safety and far-reaching social benefits. |
