| Objective:To compare the differences of curative effect and recurrence between among hysteroscopic surgery with postoperative Dupbaston and postoperative oral Chinese medicine with Dupbaston in 60 patients with endometrial polyps(EP).It is expected that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine play an important role in the treatment of Eps.Then more patients can be offered more valid treatment.Methods:The patients with Eps first diagnosed in Jiangsu Province Hospital from September 2017 to September 2017 were set as targets.The control group and the experimental group were divided according to the 1:1 ratio by randomized control principle.Both groups were treated by hysteroscopic surgery.The experimental group have postoperative oral Chinese medicine with Dupbaston(10mg bid)for 10 days,starting at the 14th day after surgery and 14th day of the menstrual period,a total of 3 menstrual cycle,and contraception during the period of medicine.The control group only take Dupbaston(l0mg bid)for 10 days at the 14th day after surgery and 14th day of the menstrual periodUalso for 3 menstrual cycle.To compare preoperative and postoperative safety and efficacy indicators between the two groups.especially analyse EM,TCM syndrome score,menstrual period color quality,pregnancy rate and recurrence rate.Results:30 patients were in each group,no cases were missed and fall off.The the general information of 2 groups was not significant(P>0.05).Compare proliferation period in the same patient polyp and its normal endometrial glands and stroma of ER and PR,found no difference of ER,PR in polyp was lower than normal endometrium.After 6 months of operation,the results of 2 groups were compared:(1)the menstruation total curative effect comparison,the efficiency was 80%in the control group and 93.3%in the treatment group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).It was observed that the two ways had good effects in improving menstrual,while the experimental group had better effect in in the treatment of the menstrual cycle,menstrual quantity,dysmenorrhea and nonmenstrual bleeding.Curative effect obviously(P<0.05).(2)Comparing the syndromes of TCM in the experimental group and the control group were respectively:9.07 ± 3.29 minutes and 11.70 ± 5.07 minutes,the differences were significant(P<0.05),while the TCM syndrome integral of the control group is higher than the experimental group after treatment,there is meaningful(P<0.05).It turns out that the two groups had better effect on the decrease of TCM syndrome score,but the experimental group was more obvious.The effective rate of TCM syndromes:96.67%in the experimental group and 83.33%in the control group was better(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of endometrial thickness in the experimental group and the control group were respectively:9.43 ± 2.51 mm and 10.90 ± 2.76 mm;The results showed that the control can reduse endometrial thickness better than the experimental group,there are comparable(P<0.05).(4)The pregnancy rate between the two groups:60%in the experimental group and 33.33%in the other.The pregnancy rate was higher in the experimental group.(5)In 2 groups,the recurrence of endometrial polyps was compared:6.67%in the experimental group and 33.3%in the control group.The results showed that the combination of Chinese medicine and Dupbaston had a significant effect on the recurrence of EP(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Combined with traditional Chinese medicine after hysteroscopy and curettage,progesterone therapy can obviously improve the abnormal quality of menses,obviously reduce the score of TCM syndrome,obviously increase the clinical efficacy of TCM,reduce the thickness of endometrium and recurrence rate,the overall curative effect is superior to that of oral progesterone therapy.Therefore,in clinical treatment of endometrial polyps,after diagnostic curettage surgery Under hysteroscopy,Chinese medicine combined with progesterone can obviously improve the overall curative effect,which shows the importance of Chinese medicine after operation.2.The occurrence of endometrial polyps in proliferative stage is closely related to endometrial progesterone receptor,may not to estrogen receptor.PR in polyp was lower than normal endometrium. |
