Research On The Influence Of Medical Insurance In The Selecting Behavior Of Medical Institutions In The Elderly In Beijing

Today’s elderly people are more multiple demanding for medical and health services than other groups.Because China has developed a unique urban-rural dual structure in the early stages of development,when the social basic medical insurance enters the medical and health system,the medical and health service system not only complements each other,but also influences each other in the system.Therefore,different choices are made for the elderly people.Medical institutions have a guiding role in their choices.In this paper,whether or not to participate in medical insurance and participate in different medical insurance as the main research influencing factors,from the perspectives of gender differences,marital status differences,education level differences and self-evaluation of health status differences,together with the main influencing factors,to discuss Beijing how does the city’s medical insurance play a guiding role in the selection behavior of residents’ medical institutions,analyzes the problems encountered by the elderly people in the selection of medical institutions in light of the reality of Beijing,and finally concludes how to effectively use medical insurance to guide the medical institutions of the elderly people to select the method of behavior.This study used the results of a personal questionnaire survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics on the fourth survey of the living conditions of the elderly in urban and rural areas in China.It selected the conditions for the participation of elderly people in Beijing for medical insurance and other social and demographic factors,and the selection of medical institutions.Whether or not to participate in medical insurance and participate in different types of medical insurance in the choice of behavioral model for the elderly medical institutions in Beijing,which found that whether to participate in medical insurance has a significant guiding role in the behavior of the elderly medical institutions to choose,participate in different medical insurance for the elderly The choice of medical institutions also has different influences.Medical insurance plays a positive role in guiding the elderly people’s choice of medical machines.The basic medical insurance guides older people to the community and township level when they choose medical institutions.The hospital conducts treatment,but the fairness of different medical insurance and medical insurance for urban and rural residents also has some negative effects on the elderly people’s medical treatment behavior.This article discusses the impact of medical insurance on the behaviors of elderly people in Beijing when they choose to go to a medical institution.Based on the realities of Beijing’s health care resources,this article provides an in-depth analysis of how to more effectively use social medical insurance to optimize medical resources.Under the premise of expanding the coverage of large-scale medical institutions and narrowing the gap between urban and rural medical insurance benefits,we will actively improve the primary diagnosis and classification treatment system for urban residents’ primary medical institutions,implement a two-way referral system,and clarify and expand service programs and drug catalogs at all levels of medical institutions.Enhance the quality and quantity of health care services at the grassroots level.
