Clinical Observation On Efficacy Of Estrogen Receptor Positive Breast Cancer Treated By Yi Qi Yang Yin Jie Du Fang Combined With Tamoxifen

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of premenopausal breast cancer,and compare the use of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction combined with tamoxifen and tamoxifen alone in the treatment of perimenopausal Syndrome scores,TCM symptom scores,quality of life scores,tumor markers,blood lipids,endometrial thickness,liver and kidney function,etc.A comprehensive,true and objective assessment of the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyinjiedu Fang combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of breast cancer.The curative effect provides a basis for clinical application to further demonstrate the features and advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods:40 cases of ER,PR positive breast cancer patients by immunohistochemistry.During the course of receiving endocrine therapy,similar symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome appeared.Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,which appeared in the process of endocrine therapy,similar to perimenopausal syndrome and syndrome of Qi and yin deficiency and stagnation of blood stasis syndrome.Group:20 patients in the control group and 20 patients in the treatment group.The control group was treated with tamoxifen alone 10 mg oral bid.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group,and 3 months was a course of treatment.Clinical symptoms,quality of life,results of hematological examinations,changes in gynecologic B-ultrasound,and other related indicators.And statistical software for statistical analysis of its efficacy.Result:1.Comparison of Kupperman’s scores:Kupperman total score decreased after treatment in treatment group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference was statistically significant between the Kupperman group and the control group（P<0.05）.2.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms improved significantly after treatment in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）;in the control group before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（P>0.0.05）.3.Quality of life:The treatment group KPS score decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）;The control group decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.In the FACT-B score table,the total scores and total scores after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before the treatament（P<0.05）.4.Lipids:TG and LDL-C values decreased after treatment in treatment group,with a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）;There was no statistically significant difference between TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C values in the control group before and after treatment（P>0.05）.5.Endometrial thickness:After the treatment in the control group was increased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P<0₀5）;there was no significant difference in the difference between before and after treatment（P>0.05）.6.Tumor markers:There was no significant difference in the difference between before and after treatment（P>0.O0）.7.There was no obvious abnormality in blood routine and liver function.Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu Decoction combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of premenopausal estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer can help reduce the adverse reactions of tamoxifen,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and stabilize the blood lipid level of patients.In addition,it is safety and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
