ObjectiveTo discuss the efficacy of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration cytology,conventional ultrasound and combined method in the qualitative diagnosis of thyroid nodules and provide more information for the prognosis of thyroid canners.Methods221patients who had thyroid nodule were selected from September 2015 to December 2017,the total of 230 nodules were analyzed retrospectively.They were examined with CUS,US-FNAC and results were confirmed by means of surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University.The postoperative pathological results were considered as golden standard,the sensitivity,specificity and crude accuracy was calculated respectively.Comparative analysis was performed between CUS,US-FNAC and combination of two methods.Results1.230 thyroid nodules were confirmed that 86 nodules were benign and 144 nodules were malignant by postoperative pathology.Sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CUS were 82.6%,88.4%,84.8%;those of US-FNAC 91.7%,93.0%,92.2%;those of combined these two methods 94.4%,94.2%,94.3%,respectively.2.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of US-FNAC were higher than CUS in diagnosis of the thyroid nodules,those of combined two methods were higher than CUS and US-FANC.3.The k value of consistency of thyroid nodule diagnosis with the results of the CUS and pathology was 0.686,alignment was middle.The k value of consistency of thyroid nodule diagnosis with the results of the US-FNAC combined two methods and pathology were 0.835,0.880,respectively,alignment was high.Conclusions1.CUS and US-FNAC of thyroid nodules were effective methods in the diagnosis of thyroid lesion,but single imaging method had its limitation.2.The diagnostic accuracy of thyroid lesion by CUS combined with US-FNAC was increased,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical practice.
