| Research Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Deep Muscle Stimulate of Three Foot Muscular Region of Yin on lower limb motion feature after Stroke.Research Method:According to the principle of random grouping,60 patients are randomly distributed into control group and treatment group.Patients from the control group are applied with conventional acupuncture and rehabilitation training on the basis of medical treatment,while the patients from treatment group are applied with Deep Muscle Stimulate of Musculature of Three Yin Channels of Foot on the basis of the control group.The treatment of time for the experimental group is 5 to 10 mins per time.And along with the trajectory of the tendons,each sit should maintain 5 to 10 seconds for 1 group,repeat 3 groups,then maintain 20-30s at each acupuncture point.The treatment will be 6 times for every week and four weeks contributes a course of treatment.Both of the two groups accept a four-week course of treatment,evaluation and detection on the Berg Balance Scale,the Modified Ashworth Scale of a lower limb,lower limb motor function FMA and the Pedobarograph analysis will be carried out before treatment two weeks/four weeks after the treatment.Research Results:(1)Research result on the Berg Balance Scale shows that among the multivariate test results for treatment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,the P value of time*group is lower than 0.05,the P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,evaluation of the Berg Balance Scale for patients in the two groups doesn’t have statistical difference(P>0.05)after two weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn’t have statistical difference after two weeks treatment.The P value of two groups is lower than 0.05 after four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups has statistical difference after four weeks treatment.(2)The evaluation result of lower limb motor function FMA shows that among the multivariate test results for treatment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,the P value of time*group is lower than 0.05,the P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,evaluation of lower limb motor function FMA for patients in the two groups doesn’t have statistical difference(P>0.05)after two weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn’t have statistical difference after two weeks treatment.The P value of two groups is lower than 0.05 after four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups has statistical difference after four weeks treatment.(3)The evaluation result of the Modified Ashworth Scale of lower limb shows that the treatment group and control group don’t have a statistical difference(P>0.05)on the comparison of the Modified Ashworth Scale of lower limb after two weeks treatment.After four weeks treatment,they have a statistical difference(P<0.05)on the comparison of the Modified Ashworth Scale of a lower limb.The Modified Ashworth Scale of the lower limb of treatment group and control group has a linear variation trend(P<0.05)with time.(4)The inspection result of the percentage of suffered foot’s static plantar pressure shows that among the multivariate test results for treatment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,the P value of time*group is lower than 0.05,the P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,the percentage of suffered foot’s static plantar pressure for patients in the two groups doesn’t have statistical difference after two weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn’t have a statistical difference after two weeks treatment.The P value of two groups is lower than 0.05 after four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups has a statistical difference after four weeks treatment.(5)The inspection result of dynamic heel impulse shows that among the multivariate test results for treatment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,the P value of time*group is lower than 0.05,the P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,the suffered limb’s heel impulse and the healthy one’s for patients in the two groups doesn’t have statistical difference after two weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn’t have a statistical difference after two weeks treatment.But the P value of the two limb’s heel impulse is lower than 0.05 of the two groups,meaning that the evaluation for the two limb’s heel impulse has statistical difference.The P value of two groups is lower than 0.05 after four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups has a statistical difference after four weeks treatment.(6)The inspection result of the suffered foot’s dynamic foot axis angle shows that among the multivariate test results for treatment group and control group,the P value of time is lower than 0.05,the P value of time*group is higher than 0.05,the P value of group therapy is lower than 0.05.On the comparison for each experiment time,the suffered foot’s dynamic foot axis angle for patients in the two groups doesn’t have a statistical difference after two and four weeks treatment,meaning that the evaluation for two groups doesn’t have a statistical difference after two and four weeks treatment.Conclusion:Deep Muscle Stimulate of Three Foot Muscular Region of Yin can significantly improve the muscle tension,balance and walking function of lower limb motion morphology after stroke. |
