| Object:To observe the correlation between TCM syndrome type and HMGB1 and APACHEII scores in Patients with sepsis myocardial injury,Understand the different syndrome types sepsis patients with myocardial injury in a critical condition and the laws between the inflammatory response,to further clarify the pathological process of myocardial injury in sepsis.Method:The HMGB1 test was performed in 100 patients with myocardial injury that met the inclusion criteria, and record the APACHEII score. At the same time,TCM syndrome differentiation is also performed. Finally, statistical analysis was conducted.Results:1.In this study,100 patients with sepsis were collected, among them,12 cases were Wei Phase Syndrome(accounting for 12%),24 cases were Qifen syndrome(accounting for 24%),31 cases were Yingfen syndrome(accounting for 31%),33 cases were Xuefen syndrome(accounting for 33%).2.In this study,100 patients were collected, there was no significant difference in gender and age between TCM syndromes(P>0.05).3.In the study of HMGB1 and TCM syndrome types of sepsis, found that Xuefen syndrome>Yingfen syndrome>Qifen syndrome>Wei Phase Syndrome. In addition to Wei Phase Syndrome and Yingfen syndrome,Xuefen syndrome and Wei Phase Syndrome has statistical significance(P<0.05),Between the other syndromes there had no significant difference(P>0.05).The correlation coefficient between TCM syndrome and HMGB1 is 0.6513(P<0.05).Therefore,there exists correlation between TCM syndrome type and HMGB1 value.4.In the study of APACHII score and TCM syndrome types of sepsis, found that Xuefen syndrome>Yingfen syndrome>Qifen syndrome>Wei Phase Syndrome. There were statistically significant differences between TCM syndromes(P<0.05).The correlation coefficient between TCM syndrome and APACHII score is 0.9572(P<0.05).Therefore,there exists correlation between TCM syndrome type and APACHII score value.5.In the study of CTNT and TCM syndrome types of sepsis, found that Xuefen syndrome>Yingfen syndrome>Qifen syndrome>Wei Phase Syndrome. In addition to Wei Qifen Syndrome and Yingfen syndrome has no statistical significance(P>0.05),The remaining groups were statistically significant. In the study of BNP and TCM syndrome types of sepsis, found that Xuefen syndrome>Yingfen syndrome>Qifen syndrome>Wei Phase Syndrome. In addition to Wei Phase Syndrome and Qifen syndrome,Wei Phase Syndrome and Yingfen syndrome,Xuefen syndrome and Wei Phase Syndrome,Qifen Syndrome and Xuefen syndrome has statistical significance(P<0.05),Between the other syndromes there had nosignificant difference(P>0.05).6.The correlation coefficient between TCM syndrome and CTNT is 0.8424(P<0.01).The refore, there exists correlation between TCM syndrome type and CTNT score. The cor relation coefficient between TCM syndrome and BNP is 0.4682(P<0.01).Therefore,t here exists correlation between TCM syndrome type and BNP score.7.1n this study,100 patients with sepsis myocardial injury, and 20 health group were collected to research the difference of HMGB1 between them. The results showed that the level of HMGB1 in the sepsis group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group.Conclusion:1.There is a correlation between TCM syndrome and HMGB 1.The HMGB 1 value of myocardial injury patients with sepsis gradually increased with the change of TCM sy ndromes,Wei Phase Syndrome<Qifen syndrome<Yingfen syndrome<Xuefen syndrome.2.To study the correlation between APACHEII score and TCM syndrome in patients w ith myocardial injury,There were statistically significant differences between TCM synd romes(P<0.05).Therefore,there is a correlation between TCM syndromes and APACHEⅡ scores.3.To study the correlation between CTNT,BNP and TCM syndromes in patients with myocardial injury.found that Xuefen syndrome>Yingfen syndrome>Qifen syndrome>Wei Phase Syndrome. Therefore, there is a correlation between TCM syndromes and CTNT、BNP.4.The study showed that the level of HMGB1 in patients with sepsis significantly higher than that in the healthy control group.5.HMGB1 and APACHEII score can indicate severity of the disease,to provide reference value for TCM syndrome differentiation of sepsis. |
