Study On The Influence Of Kirtak Balgham-Helit Munziq And Musil To Vitiligo Patient Serum IL-2、Immune Globulin And Complement Level

Objective: To investigate the effect of Uygur medicine treatment(Munziq and mushil)on kirtak balgham type of patients with vitiligo serum IL-2,immunoglobulin and complement.Methods: 60 patients with vitiligo according with the inclusive criteria were Selected and 30 healthy people coming to uyghur medicine hospital for physical examination.serum IL-2,C3,C4,imm was detected before and after administration of the uyghur medicine(munziq and mushil),and multivariate analysis was carried out.Then the results of detected were compared with healthy human serum IL-2,C3,C4 and immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,IgG.Research to study the changes of immune function and complement level in vitiligo patients before and after using uyghur medicine and to explore the influence of Uygur Medicine(munziq and mushil)on serum immunoglobulin and complement in patients with vitiligo.Results:(1)The statistical analysis of general data of control group and the patients gtoup before treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)In the case group and the healthy control group,the C3、IL-2、IgA in serum of the patients was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The IgG,IgM was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The clinical stages before treatment in the case group: the serum levels of advanced and stable patients were detected respectively.The results of statistical analysis showed that the serum levels of C3、IL-2 and IgA in advanced patients were significantly lower than those in stable patients(P<0.05).The serum IgG levels in advanced patients were significantly higher than those in stable patients(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum C4、IgM between advanced and stable patients(P>0.05).(4)Clinical classification of patients with vitiligo before treatment: In patients with vitiligo,the detection of IL-2,complement C3,C4 and IgA,IgM,IgG showed that there were significant differences except for C3、C4.The level of IL-2、IgA in patients with generalized vitiligo was significantly lower than that in patients with other types of vitiligo(P<0.05).The serum IgG and IgM in patients with generalized vitiligo was significantly higher than that in other vitiligo patients(P<0.05).(5)symptom efficacy after treatment: The average difference of symptom evaluation before and after uyghur medicine(munziq and mushil)treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)There was significant difference before and after treatment in the case group except C4.After treatment the level of C3,IL-2 and IgA in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum IgG、IgM was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The statistical results showed that the therapeutic effect of yughur medicine(munziq and mushil)therapy on the symptoms was significant and could affect serum IL-2,complement C3 and immunoglobulin IgA,IgM,IgG.
