Objective:To investigate the effect of radiofrequency ablation guided by the Ensite Navx three-dimensional mapping system on the treatment of right lateral bypass. Methods:One hundred and eleven patients who received RFCA for RAP were randomly divided into observation group(57 cases)and control group(54 cases). The observation group was guided by Ensite Navx with RFCA,and the control group was treated with traditional X-ray deduction RFCA.The X-ray exposure time and exposure dose, the immediate success rate, the operation time and the related complications were compared between the two groups of catheter placement mapping, operation of ablation catheters for mapping ablation and other processes. Results:The X-ray fluoroscopy time during the placement of the mapping catheter in the observation group and the control group was(2.2±1.2)、(2.3±1.1)min,and the exposure doses were(1.5±1.1)and(1.4±1.0)m Gy,respectively. For comparison,P was >0.05.The X-ray exposure time of the ablation catheter in the observation group and control group was(2.3±1.2)、(14.2±3.5)min,and the X-ray radiation dose was(2.5±1.0)、(18.9±5.6m)m Gy,respectively. For group comparison,P was less than 0.05.The total X-ray exposure time of the observation group and the control group was(5.3±2.9)、(16.8±4.2)min,and the total exposure doses were(6.1±3.1)and(19.6±5.4)mGy,respectively.All <0.05.The operative time of the observation group and the control group were(43.9±13.6)and(54.9±15.7)min,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was P<0.05.All patients in the two groups were successfully ablated, and there was no recurrence after 3 months of follow-up.No complications occurred in both groups during surgery. Conclusion:Ensite Navx three-dimensional mapping system under the guidance of RFCA treatment of RAP is better,to a certain extent, shorten the total operation time and exposure dose, doesnot increase the risk of surgical complications.
