| Objective: to study the radix bupleuri wendan tang and wu bei powder in treatment of reflux esophagitis liver stomach muggy syndrome clinical efficacy,safety,and excellent efficiency,to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of reflux esophagitis,provide clinical basis.Methods: 60 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 in the control group.Control group to rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride and she will be the hydrochloride treatment,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of joint radix bupleuri wendan tang wu bei powder,a course of 8 weeks,the two groups with TCM symptom integral table,reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ)and electronic gastroscopy,evaluate its efficacy and safety.Results:(1)there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,course of disease,pre-treatment gastroscope and symptom score(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.66%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.66%,and the total ef fective rate of the control group was 86.66%,and the efficacy of the treatment gro up was better than that of the control group.(2)aspects of syndromes,the treatment group in the stomach,often bilges full,modern depression or irritability easy irritability,symptoms such as constipation and tongue on comparing the control group with significant difference(P < 0.05),the treatment group on the stomach,often bilges full,modern depression or irritability,constipation,and the improvement of the tongue is better than the control group;(3)after 8 weeks of treatment,the total ef fective rate of gastroscopy was 92.85%,and the total effective rate of the controlgroup was 67.85%.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in the elimination of esophageal mucosal inflammation.(4)two groups no adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment,prompt radix bupleuri wendan tang and wubei scattered joint rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride and she will be the hydrochloride in treatment of reflux esophagitis,has a certain clinical safety.Conclusion: radix bupleuri wendan tang and wu bei powder in treatment of reflux esophagitis,liver,stomach muggy syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the main symptom improvement,improving symptoms and endoscopic curative effect were significantly effect,take western medicine is superior to the pure,can be used as a new direction of the treatment of reflux esophagitis. |
