Objective:To investigate the relationship between the serum levelss of vWF and platelet volume(MPV),platelet distribution width(PDW),inflammatory markers,blood lipids,blood glucose in stable coronary artery disease(SCAD).Methods:532 patients who were hospitalized in the department of cardiology of the People,s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were divided into SCAD group(n=304),and control group(n=228)according to their coronary angiography.The clinical data of two groups was collected.With collected fasting venous blood,their blood glucose,blood lipids,high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),fibrinogen(Fbg),MPV and PDW were tested.The serum levels of vWF antigen was examined by immunoturbidimetric assay.Results:The serum levels of vWF in SCAD group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum levels of vWF between the Uygur and Han nationalities in SCAD group.The serum levels of vWF in control group was positively correlated with age(P<0.05).The serum levels of vWF in Han patients was positively correlated with and age,PDW and fibrinogen(P<0.05),and the serum levels of vWF in Uygur patients were positively correlated with age,BMI,history of hypertension,diabetes mellitus,smoking history,white blood cell count,fibrinogen and hs-CRP.Conclusion:The serum levels of vWF in SCAD group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The serum levels of vWF in SCAD group is related to age,PDW,Fbg,hs-CRP and other factors.The independent risk factor of serum levels of vWF in Han nationality is fibrinogen,and age and fibrinogen are the determinants of the serum levels of vWF in Uygur nationality.
