Objective:At present,the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases continues to rise in China.The high incidence of cerebrovascular diseases in China cannot be explained by traditional risk factors.Homocysteine is widely attention in recent years,especially the correlation with the onset of disease of heart head blood-vessel,and high blood pressure,as an important factor of disease of heart head blood-vessel is important object of study,scholars both at home and abroad.Currently,about 3/4 of hypertension patients in our country are combined with hyperhomocysteine,which is called "h-type hypertension".The high risk of cardiovascular disease in h-type hypertension has been confirmed,but the possible mechanism is not clear.This study by observing the H hypertension ET,NO,LVMI and PWV and other indicators of change,in order to understand the high homocysteine levels,damage to endothelial function,and hypertension,left ventricular remodeling,hardening of the arteries whether there is a synergy,To provide theoretical basis for discussing the pathogenesis of h-type hypertension.Method:Select on June 6,2016-December 2016 to the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university,70 cases of patients with hypertension Ⅰ level.The blood homocysteine(HCY)level was divided into two groups: 36 patients with pure hypertension group and 34 patients with h-type hypertension group were selected as control group.General information of patients(name,sex,age,previous history,smoking and drinking history,marital history,etc).Collected and recorded laboratory tests(homocysteine level,low density lipoprotein,HDL,total cholesterol,triglyceride).It was divided into h-type hypertension group and simple hypertension group according to whether the Hcy level was tested after hypertension and admission.The control group was healthy.Plasma endothelin(ET-1),serum nitric oxide(NO),left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and pulse wave conduction velocity(PWV)were measured in 3 groups.At the same time,the correlation analysis was conducted.Result:ET,LVMI and PWV in type H hypertension group and simple hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group.The level of NO was significantly lower than that of the control group.Compared with simple hypertension group,ET,LVMI and PWV in type H hypertension group increased significantly,while NO level decreased significantly.The level of Hcy was positively correlated with ET,LVMI and PWV,and negatively correlated with NO.conclusion:High homocysteine and hypertension have different degrees of synergistic effect on endothelial function damage,left ventricular reconstruction and arteriosclerosis,and the degree is positively correlated with HCY level.
