Objective:To study the changes of serum levels of IL-6?TNF-??CRP and their correlation analysis with left cardiac function in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HF-PEF).Methods:From July 2016 to June 2017,in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,High Blood Pressure Medicine outpatient and hospitalization in the fifth clinical medical school of Xin Jiang Medical University,87 cases of HF-PEF patients were treated as study group(HF-PEF group),while 88 cases of patients without heart failure as control group(non-HF group).Record the general clinical data, complicating diseases, some other biochemical indicators and ultrasonic indicators. The serum concentrations and the correlation of IL-6?TNF-?and CRP were analyzed. Results:Compared with non-HF groups, serum concentrations of IL-6?TNF-?and CRP were significantly higher in HF-PEF group(t=21.825?20.678?39.609,P=0.000?0.000?0.000),with the increase of NYHA classification, serum concentrations of IL-6?TNF-?and CRP were gradually increased(F=208.290?194.840?116.244,P=0.000?0.000?0.000).Serum concentrations of IL-6?TNF-??CRP were positively related to NYHA grading(r_s=0.917?0.911?0.904,P=0.000?0.000?0.000).Conclusion:Serum concentrations of IL-6?TNF-?and CRP were associated with severe heart failure, which may be used as an auxiliary indicator for early diagnosis of HF-PEF patients.
