The Correlate And Regression Analysis Of Congnitive Emotion Regulation,Live Events And Depression Disorder In Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective: To explore the risk factors to depression disorder between the relation-ship of stressing life events,cognitive emotion regulation and the patients of main-tenance hemodialysis by correlate and regression analysis.Methods: the total of p-articipants are 123,which of 66 patients with depression disorder diagnosed by ICD-10,completed life events questionnaires(LES),cognitive emotion regulation qu-estionaire(CERQ),BDI and SF-36.All the parameters be analyzed by SPSS 23.0,and correlation analysis and regression analysis be employed to analyze the relationship between the parameters.Results:(1)Among the total samples,53.7% of the patients with depression disorder,of whom 22.0% was mild depressive disorders,20.3% was moderate depressive disorders,11.4% was major depressive disorders.(2)there was a significant positive correlation(rcatastrophizing=0.39,P<0.01,rblam e-others=0.24,P<0.05)between depression and negative congnitive emotion regulation.there was a significant negative correlation(rLES=-0.38,P<0.01,rfamily-problem=-0.37,p<0.01,rRP=-0.39,p<0.01,rGH=-0.35,p<0.01,rVT=-0.48,p<0.01,r(PCS)=-0.46,p<0.01,rRE=-0.30,P<0.05,r(MCS)=-0.29,P<0.05).(3)Catastroph-zing had an obevious positively predictable(β=0.386,P<0.05)to the depression;LES had an obevious negatively predictable(β=-0.375,P<0.001)to the depression;VT had an obevious negatively predictable(β=-0.479,P<0.001)to the depression.(4)Men in positive attention,a renewed focus on attention,rational analysis,family-problem and body pain is in a higher proportion than women,however women in the decling of sexual interest is higher than men.Conclusion: Stressing life events and negative cognitive emotion regulation have a significant effect on the development of depression disorder in maintenance hemodialysis.
