| Objective:To discusses the characteristics of emotional attention in depression patients.And evaluate the influence of antidepressant treatment for the patients’ emotional attention bias,analysis the psychological mechanism of how the antidepressant drugs improve depression.Methods:Choose between September 2017 and January 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university psychiatric visits,fit into the standard set of 62 patients,and 62 normal people who never-depressed selected(ND),emotional attention bias of the two eye tests and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD-24)score,analysis of depressed mood attention to the distinction bias;Then use the venlafaxine to treat the patients with depression,while use HAMD-24 and eye-tracking to test symptom severity and emotional attention bias after 4 weeks treatment.Compared the related score with normal people and depression who are not treatment,analyzing the emotional attention bias change of the patients before and after medication.Results:1 compared with the normal population,depression in patients with negative emotional attention bias exist ratio(86.2%)and negative attention bias score(1.83±2.59)were significantly increased;And positive emotional attention bias exist ratio(50.0%),positive attention to score(0.78±2.73)is significantly reduced,the results statistically significant(P < 0.001)2 After drug treatment,depression in patients with negative attention bias score(0.02±22.2.34)and total scores of HAMD(12.97±3.83)were significantly decreased(P < 0.001),but positive emotional attention bias score(0.57±2.27)than before treatment were not significantly increased(P > 0.05).3 Negative emotional attention bias with HAMD scores were significantly positive correlation(P < 0.001),statistically significant results.There was a low correlation coefficient between positive emotion and HAMD(r=0.130),and the correlation was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Patients with depression exist negative emotions attention towards increase,positive attention to significantly reduce the disease characteristics.2 The use of antidepressant treatment can effectively improve the negative emotions of depression,but a poor effect on the recovery of patients with positive emotions.3 Negative emotional attention bias scores associated with depressive symptoms severity into positive. |
