| Objective:Urine neutrophil gelatinase related apolipoprotein(NGAL)and kidney injury molecule-1(KIM-1)have important prognostic value in early renal injury of hypertension.The effects of NGAL and KIM-1 on the early diagnosis of hypertension cardiovascular disease were discussed by analyzing the indexes of urinary NGAL and KIM-1 and carotid artery vessels in patients with hypertension.Methods:In our heart the inpatient with a diagnosis of primary hypertension patients as the research object,according to the result of UACR divided into UACR acuity 30 mg/g group and UACR < 30 mg/g group,line blood biochemical(serum creatinine,uric acid,blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol,etc.);ELISA detected urinary NGAL and KIM-1;Monitor 24-hour dynamic blood pressure;Cardiac ultrasonography was performed to measure the correlative index of the heart,and the left ventricular diameter and the posterior wall thickness of the left ventricle in the end of the final period,and the thickness of the ventricular septum at the end of the end of the period were calculated,and the left ventricular mass index was calculated.The carotid artery was divided into plaques and plaques according to the carotid artery.The single factor analysis of UACR and biochemical,carotid artery plaque and heart related indicators.The relationship between urinary NGAL/Cr and KIM-1/Cr line single factor analysis and carotid artery plaque;Urinary NGAL/Cr and KIM-1/Cr were correlated with blood pressure and heart-line spearman statistical analysis.Logistic regression analyzed the relationship between left ventricular mass index and carotid artery plaques with NGAL/Cr and KIM-1/Cr.Results:A total of 60 subjects were studied,including 38 in the UACR negative group and 22 in the UACR positive group.Age,TG,TC and Glu in the UACR positive group were significantly higher than those in the negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in BMI,uric acid,eGFR,urine NGAL/Cr,and kim-1 /Cr between the two groups(P>0.05).LPVWT and IVST in UACR positive group were higher than those in negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of carotid plaque in the UACR negative group was 45%,that in the UACR positive group was 73%,and that in the positive group was higher than that in the negative group,the difference was statistically significant.The difference between the positive UACR group and the negative group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Urine NGAL/Cr and kim-1 /Cr were not associated with blood pressure(P>0.05).Urinary NGAL/Cr was positively correlated with LVMI(P<0.05)and was independent of RV,LA,AO,PA,LVIDd,EF,LPVWT and IVST(P>0.05).Urinary kim-1 was independent of LVMI,RV,LA,AO,PA,LVIDd,EF,LPVWT and IVST(P>0.05).Urinary NGAL/Cr and kim-1 /Cr were not associated with carotid plaque(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.UACR is closely related to the evaluation of the occurrence of carotid atherosclerotic plaque,the control level of hypertension,blood glucose and lipid level,and cardiac hypertrophy.2.Urinary NGAL/Cr was positively correlated with LVMI and could predict the heart injury of hypertension in the early stage.3.NGAL/Cr and KIM-1/Cr were not correlated with carotid atherosclerotic plaque. |
