Investigation And Analysis Of The Life Quality And Work Assessment Of The Health Supervision Coordinator In Jian’ou

ObjectiveTo evaluate the health-related life quality of health supervision coordinators,SF-36 was used in this study.The aim of this investigation is to explore the social demographics which affect the life quality of health supervision coordinators and to analyze the correlations between work performance and life quality.The outcome of this study will provide a scientific basis for improving the construction of the health supervision and management team.MethodsQuestionnaire surveys were carried out to investigate the general conditions of Jian’ou health supervision coordinators,such as age,gender,education level,academic qualifications,professional titles.And the implementation of hygiene supervision services for the basic public health services in townships and townships were also included in these questionnaires.The Chinese version of SF-36 Concise Health Questionnaire revised by Zhongshan Medical University wad adopted to evaluate the life quality of the health supervision coordinator;the work performance of the health supervisors was obtained from the Jian’ou Sanitary Supervision Institute.A total of 52 health supervision coordinators in the city were included in the study and Epidata 3.0 software was chosed to establish a database;all the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.The life quality of the health supervision coordinator was analyzed,and compared with ordinary Chinese people.The Pearson correlation coefficient was exploited to analyze the correlation between quality of life and job performance.ResultsThere are a total of 52 health supervision staffs in the 14 towns of Jian’ou City.The average age of the team is 44.4 years old and the academic qualifications are mainly in secondary and secondary schools,among which 18 peoples are public health professionals,17 peoples are clinical medicine,and 4 peoples are nursing,7 People are non-health professionals.In general,the quality of life of the health supervision assistant is higher than that of the Chinese population.In the 52 health supervision coordinators,the average health score of males is higher than that of females.Physiological function of health supervision staffs below 45 is better than those over 45 years old;in the field of physical health,health supervision coordinators less than 45 years old are better than those over 45 years old.In the variance analysis of 8 dimensions for peoples in different job positions,the dean’s score is lower than that of the deputy dean and the general staff in the social function;in the analysis of the correlation between the quality of life and the job evaluation,the general health status of staffs from the health service center in the 14 township hospitals and 3 communities obtained low scores,with the lowest score of 43.3 points and the highest score of 58.3 points.In the Pearson correlation analysis of the average life quality of the coordinators of township health centers and the scores of diabetes health management work,the dimension of body pain was significantly related to this work.In addition,the Pearson correlation analysis of the average life quality scores and scores of disease prevention for the coordinators in the township,the physiological function dimension was significantly related to this work.ConclusionsOverall,the life quality of health supervisors was better than Chinese norm.However,there was significant difference in life quality between gender,age and occupation in health supervisors.
