Radiotherapy plays an irreplaceable role in the treatment of cancer for its significant feature that radiotherapy has a curative effect on oncotherapy and adapts to a large number of diseases.With the rapid development of science and technology,the way of tumor treatment become even more sophisticated that radiotherapy technology is closely following the pace of technological and turning into a new era of precision radiotherapy.The traditional radiotherapy device can only be used for the simple irradiation with average dose,but the tumor does not guarantee an average quality and regular shape,invasiveness and metastasis are the important characteristics of malignant tumor.Precision radiotherapy is a product of cross-border cooperation by medicine,physics and computer technologys,whilch optimizes the treatment of tumors by combining the advantages of these descipline.Compared with traditional radiotherapy,precision radiotherapy has the following advantages: the precise target region and irradiation ensure that the irradiation dose can kill cancer cells,but also reduce the damage to normal cells around the target area.Precision radiotherapy which is tracked by computer reduces the impact of human factors.Precision radiotherapy requires a variety of medical equipment and systems to work together,so it’s important to standardized medical information data format and communication rules,which can achieve information sharing among devices.Digital Imaging and Communications in medicine,which is abbreviated as DICOM,are a set of rules developed for medical image data and communication,which are widely used in medical imaging devices,medical image management systems.Most medical products are designed based on DICOM to ensure a unified interface with other vendors.Dicom RT is a document developed by DICOM Standard for radiotherapy,which not only involves the content of radiotherapy images,but also designs other important contents of radiotherapy,such as radiotherapy plan,radiotherapy dose and radiotherapy record,etc.This topic is an expansion research of the Linear Accelerator control software project.Linear Accelerator is a mainstream device for radiotherapy,which can implement intensity-modulated radiation therapy and three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy.The radiologist sets treatment data through the Linear Accelerator control software,which is time-consuming,cumbersome and unsafe.In this paper,a radiotherapy file analysis software is implemented to analyze the radiotherapy files and extract the radiotherapy plan data that the Linear Accelerator needed to database.The main tasks are as following: firstly,study the data coding and file structure of DICOM Standard,and analyze the relationship of information object,dataset and service class in Dicom file.Then,this paper studies the generation of Dicom RT information object combined with radiotherapy process.Meanwhile,analyze the characteristics of radiotherapy data of three-dimensional conformal and intensity-modulated radiotherapy.At last,according to the theoretical research,achive the software for radiotherapy file analysis on the QT creator development platform,if the file contains radiotherapy plan data,extract the required data to the database.
