| With reform of China’s medical-sanitary system,hospital logistics plays a more important role in hospitals’ economic and social benefits.Hospital logistics is extremely complex,because hospitals need to complete the delivery of a great quantity of goods,such as drugs,medical equipment and chemical reagents,which share different characteristics,distribution amount and time,and storage requirement.At present hospitals faces many problems in general,such as disorder,low efficiency,heavy workload and high cost.However,since there is no evaluation system for hosptial logistics,a lot of hospitals haven’t realized where the problems are,and thus cannot fix those problems specificly.Since the patients are the only service object of hospital,the efficiency and quality of visiting are directly affected by hospital logistics.Efficient logistics operation can effectively improve the efficiency of visiting and reduce the activities of people inside hospitals.Meanwhile,the flows of people in hospital have a great impact on the service level of hospital logistics.Therefore,this paper considers that the complete hospital logistics evaluation system which includes both the whole process of hospital materials purchasing,storage,distribution,recovery,and the flows,logistics and information flows caused by the patient visiting.This paper study the evaluation system for hospital logistics from the following aspects.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of Chinese hospital logistics with the method of field research,experts consultation and literature research.And then,this paper analyzes the process of hospital logistics which includes the process of visit and the hospital logistics management process.Secondly,considering the aspects of patient safety,visiting effiency and logistics management,this paper constracts the evaluation index system of hospital logistics.This paper combines the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and the entropy weight method to determine indexes weight,which not only reflects the knowledge and experiences of experts,but also demonstrates the differences of the samples.Thirdly,this paper proposes a TOPSIS method based on connection vector distance combined with gray relational analysis to evaluate hospital logistics.This method considers both the the distance and the different shape among the samples and the positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution,and solves the shortcomings of the Euclidean distance in TOPSIS.Furthermore,this paper extends the TOPSIS method based on connection vector distance to evaluate the minimum level index in order to find the logistics problems in hospitals,which provides the hospitals the right directions to solve logistics problem and improve the service level of hospital logistics. |
