Study Of The Clinical Observation On Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis Of Liver-stomach Discordance And Damp-heat Type With Weiyan No.1 Combined With Lansoprazole

Objective:This study aimed to explore the clinical curative efficacy of Weiyan No.1combined with Lansoprazole in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach discordance and damp-heat type.Methods: 60 cases who are suitable to the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and matched group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with Weiyan No.1 on the basis of Lansoprazole and the matched group was treated with Lansoprazole alone,The course of treatment was 1month,the integral of TCM syndromes,single symptoms scores of two groups were compared before and after treatment.At the same time,the tongue coating and pulse image of 60 cases before treatment were collected.Results: Firstly,there was a significant difference(P <0.05)between the two groups of TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment,indicating that the two groups were all effective.Secondly,Comparing TCM syndrome integral difference between the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group was higher than the matched group,with significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved TCM syndrome better than the matched group.Thirdly,single symptoms was significantly improved after treatment in two groups(P<0.05),the treatment group in improving epigastric fullness,epigastric pain,heartburn,acid reflux,belching,bitter and sticky taste,nausea and vomiting,irritability,anorexia more significantly(P < 0.05).Fourthly,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% after treatment,while the matched group was 73.3%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),which showed that the treatment group was more effective in the matched group.Lastly,of the 60 patients before treatment,66.7% of the tongue coating was yellow and greasy,and 80% of the pulse image was mainly vein chord.Conclusion: First,Weiyan No.1 combined with Lansoprazole has a significant effect in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach discordance and damp-heat type,and they can significantly improve the patients’ main clinical symptoms and signs.Second,The tongue coating of bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach discordance and damp-heat type is mainly yellow and greasy,and the pulse image is mainly vein chord.
