| In recent years,with the gradual opening of domestic medical services market,the competition between the major medical institutions has been intensified.In order to win in the fierce market competition,medical institutions need to bring patients with satisfied medical services,so as to fully obtain the trust of patients.At present,the conventional strategy adopted by hospitals is to use the patient satisfaction questionnaire to investigate the patients satisfaction,to achieve their own assessment of medical services,thus improving their own service quality.However,how to analyze the problem in the massive questionnaire data,and thus targeted to improve their own quality of service,has became a key problem for medical institutions staff.Based on the above considerations,this paper takes the secondary Xiangya hospital of Central South University as the research object.The main research is to use C4.5 decision algorithm to analyze the influencing factors of outpatient satisfaction.The main contents include the following aspects:1)This paper first introduces the background,development history and several commonly used models of patient satisfaction model.Then,a patient satisfaction model is developed based on the analytic hierarchy process model in the customer satisfaction model according to the actual needs.And the relative importance weight of the patient satisfaction index is established by using the analytic hierarchy process.2)Decision tree model for patient satisfaction is established based on C4.5 algorithm.However,C4.5 algorithm is easily biased towards the attribute with more value.To solve this problem,the standard deviation of the satisfaction and the weight of the index are used to improved C4.5 algorithm.Finally,patient satisfaction decision tree model is established based on the improved C4.5 algorithm.3)The data of satisfaction survey of outpatients in Xiangya Second Hospital were collected.And then the C4.5 algorithm and the improved C4.5 algorithm were both applied to analyze the the key factors of patient satisfaction and extract the classification rules.4)The results show that the improved C4.5 algorithm is more efficient and accurate,and also show the better result than that of the analytic hierarchy process.According to the analysis results of the model established by improved C4.5 algorithm,recommendations are provided for Xiangya Second Hospital to enhance the quality of service,thereby improving the patient satisfaction. |
