In recent years,with the increase of national policy supports on private hospital,a large number of private hospitals have sprung up.The private hospitals have become an important part of the health care industry.Although private hospitals have disadvantages of scale,technology and so on compared with public hospitals,they have had some markets by their good services and features.With the further development of medical system reform,the competitions have become increasingly fierce among private hospitals and private hospitals to public hospitals.Competitions between hospitals depend largely on human resources,so doctors are the key elements for hospitals to keep their advantages in this industry.If more doctors leave a private hospital,the cost of human resource and investment will be increased,in the meanwhile,the core competitiveness will decline.Private hospitals should pay attention to motivating and keeping doctors by improving doctors’ job satisfactions and loyalties.The research on the loss of doctors is remarkable for the long-term development strategy of private hospitals.To analyze various factors on doctors’ leaving,this paper adopts the modern human resources management theory and organizational theory,the methods of questionnaire investigation,data analysis,enumeration and so on,and then put forward a series of solutions to incentive system and safeguards.These solutions include reasonable salary welfare system,effective performance management system,corporate culture improvement,training system development and staff career management etc.This paper creates a series of incentive system to keep doctors in private hospitals including benefits,career and culture.This paper will help private hospitals to find the problems they have and create a reasonable incentive system.It will be meaningful for China healthcare reform.
