| Objective Using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging techniques to research the medial prefrontal cortex functional connectivity alteration of post concussion syndrome,To explore its relationship with cognitive dysfunction in patients with cerebral concussion syndrome and significance.Method All 27 patients with cognitive disorder 3 months after concussion were selected from Anhui provincial hospital neurosurgery clinic during the period of October 2015 and April 2016,at the same time,27 sex,age and education level matched-subjects were recruited, all of them were taken a f MRI scan, after obtaining the f MRI data, all data were preprocessed by Gretna, the procession include:slice timing to delete the first 10 images to eliminate the error of the unstable factors may bring, format converting, interlayer correction, realign, resmple, smooth, filter, wipe off the head motion signal, whole brain covariation, white matter and CSF signals, using REST software, select bilateral medial prefrontal cortex as ROIs and run the functional connectivity calculation with the whole brain, design a Two sample T test sample to find the significants between patient group and healthy group, discuss the alteration and clinical significance.Result(1)Neuropsychological assessment results show that the PCS and HC group Mo CA score difference was statistically significant(28.4±1.5、21.7±3.2,t=9.851,p=0.034).(2)Compared with healthy controls, concussion syndrome group showed decreased connectivity in bilateral lentiform nucleus, left insula, left inferior frontal gyrus, right inferior frontal gyrus orbitofrontal orbit, right temporal, inferior frontal gyrus;Functional connectivity appeared incresed in the left superior temporal gyrus, fusiform lobule, left temporal On the right side of the medial prefrontal as the function seed, functional connectivity decreased in bilateral inferior parietal lobule, left posterior central gyrus and anterior central gyrus;increased connectivity include left parahippocampal gyrus and right temporal gyrus.Functinal connectivity between concussion syndrome group and healthy controls showed statistically significant.Conclusion(1)Brain concussion syndrome patients can be found on both sides of the medial prefrontal state and degree of different functional connectivity changes with cerebral multiple sites, the most relevant connecting part is connected with a reduction, the part connecting is Compensatory enhancement using resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging of functional connectivity.(2)The medial prefrontal cortex function connection may be related to brain concussion syndrome patients cognitive dysfunction with late delayed healing.(3)Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI)has the advantages of non-invasive and non-invasive,which can provide a basis for the study of cognitive dysfunction in patients with brain concussion syndrome... |
