| Objective: To investigate the diagnostic and clinical significance of Computerized tomography(CT)attenuation values(Hounsfield unit—HU)of hydronephrosis with infection and calculus Methods:A retrospective analysis 403 cases of patients of upper urinary tract stones sent with stone composition analysis and,185 cases of upper urrnary tract with hydronephrosis that were divided into urine without infection,acute pyelonephritis,pyonephrosis,determination of renal pelvis urine CT value and stones CT value.Analysis of CT value and the relationship between stone composition and infection.Results: Urinary tract infection,the urine density will increase,with the increase in infection increased its urine density is more obvious.The CT attenuation value of hydronephrosis without infection group was(5.61±3.67)HU;that of pyelonephritis was(8.35±5.63)HU;that of pyonephrosis group was(13.92 ± 6.21)HU.The CT attenuation values of pyelonephritis compared with that of hydronephrosis without infection were different,(P<0.05).The HU of the patients with pyonephrosis was significantly higher than that of patients without infection and that of patients with Pyelonephritis,(P<0.05).The CT attenuation values of the four types of pure calculi were different,(P<0.05);Calcium oxalate stones with phosphate apatite no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),six water magnesium ammonium phosphate and anhydrous uric acid has no obvious difference(P > 0.05),calcium oxalate and no water uric acid,magnesium ammonium phosphate difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),carbonate apatite and no water uric acid,magnesium ammonium phosphate difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The CT attenuation value can to a certain extent predict intrarenal infection and stone composition,furthermore,The measurement of CT attenuation value has someclinical significance in preoperative evaluation of hydronephrosis with infection.By measuring the CT value can distinguish between calcium stones and other pure and mixed stones in the prediction of calcium with other stones,when stone with upper tract obstruction by CT value evaluation of the renal pelvis urine calculi ingredient and kidney infections. |
