| Objectives:The relationship between knee joint line change and the research of knee joint pain and function after total knee arthroplasty,total knee arthroplasty in knee joint line as the grouping basis,explore the different postoperative knee joint line level in patients with Feller score,WOMAC score,VAS score table,in order to provide reference and reliable the data for the TKA tibial prosthesis placement level.Methods:Patients with unilateral knee disease treated at the Qinghai University Affiliated Hospital for the first time undergoing total knee arthroplasty were randomly selected.X-ray examination was performed on the affected knee before and after surgery.There were 86 cases/86 knees,including 21 males/21 Knee,female65/65 knee.After measurement,joint line change distance(M)was used as a group basis.In group I,the joint line M was less than 0 mm.In group II,the joint line was 0mm ≤ M ≤ 4 mm.In group III,the joint line M was 4 mm.Three groups of patients received visual analogue scale(VAS),knee score(WOMAC),and Feller score before surgery;three groups of patients were referred back in the outpatient clinic after surgery,and X-ray examination was performed in the lateral position of the knee joint.WOMAC,Feller and VAS scores were received after 1,3,and 12 months.Results:The number of joint lines changing more than 4mm was 26 cases,accounting for 30.23%,and the number of patients with joint lines changing from0-4mm was the highest,accounting for 53.49%.Feller score was 11.50 in group I,Feller score was 16.50 in group II,and Feller score was 12.92±1.94 in group III.Feller scores on the 1st day after surgery in the three groups were compared,P=0.000,P< 0.05,with statistical differences;three months postoperatively(P=0.000)and 12 months postoperatively(P=0.000),there was a statistically significant difference between the three groups,manifesting as the patella of the three groups after total joint replacement The function was significantly different.The sacrum function was expressed as group II> group III> group I.After total joint replacement,the WOMAC scores of the three groups decreased significantly,and the scores of the knee jointswere grade II>III>I.After treatment,the VAS scores of the three groups were3.14±0.77,1.02±0.86,and 1.96±0.92 respectively.The results were I>III group>II group.After one-way ANOVA,F=49.189,P=0.000,P.<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.At the same time,it can also be seen that the decline of VAS scores in the three groups was as follows: Group II> Group III> Group I.The performance of the three groups was significant at 3 days postoperatively(P=0.000),3 months postoperatively(P=0.000),and 12 months postoperatively(P=0.000).Conclusion:(1)After total joint replacement,joint line changes occur in approximately 84.72% of patients.(2)In the three groups,the Feller score increased after treatment,and the WOMAC score and VAS score decreased.The difference was statistically significant.(3)The Feller score,VAS score and WOMAC score of the three groups were 12 months after operation.The overall performance of the iliac bone score,knee score,and pain score was II> III> I group.(4)There was a negative correlation between knee line level and knee function.The 0-4mm joint line change in the patient showed better recovery of the patella and knee joints,which effectively reduced knee pain in the patient. |
