Dopamine Receptor Agonists Investigate Relationship Between Dose And Efficacy In The Treatment Of Parkinson’s Disease

Objective:clinical dopamine agonists pramipexole(hydrochloric acid)in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease dose relationship between therapeutic effect and aims to provide reference to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.Methods:object with the method divided into three groups(20 cases),in which A group was given simple taking hydrochloric acid pramipexole,group B on the basis of taking dopamine silk hydrazine add hydrochloride pramipexole,taking actos group C after bei er,dopamine silk hydrazine pyrazole bei to replace with hydrochloric acid pramipexole,comparative analysis before and after treatment UPDRS diversity index data,to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:three groups of patients after taking hydrochloric acid pramipexole UPDRS average were significantly lower than baseline(P < 0.05),in which A group of patients with UPDRS Ⅰ total score and the baseline has no obvious difference(P > 0.05),while the UPDRS Ⅱ,Ⅲ total score compared with the baseline differences statistically significant(P < 0.05);B and C group of patients with UPDRS Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ total score compared with the baseline differences statistically significant(P < 0.05),while the UPDRS Ⅳ total score and the baseline has no obvious difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:confirmed by clinical research,to pramipexole hydrochloride therapy PD curative effect,and with the increasing use of hydrochloric acid pramipexole dose in the treatment of patients after the movement,the symptoms improved significantly,showing hydrochloric acid pramipexole dose size emotional,mental and behavior of patients with Parkinson’s disease to improve,but has nothing to do with the treatment of complications.
