Objective Retrospective analysis mammography imagines and clinical datas,to discuss the diagnostic significance of microcalcification on mammography in early-stage breast cancer. Methods A total of 32 patients with mammography screening inspected in Ningxia People’s Hospital and Yinchuan First People’s Hospital, had complete clinical datas and histologic diagnosed as early-stage breast cancer from September 2014 to May 2016.The patients were devided into microcalcification group(MC group,n=25)and no-microcalcification group(NMC group,n=13)by if microcalcification exist.Datas including age, side,TNM classification,BI-RADS classification, tumor pathologic type, expression of ER,PR and Her-2 were recorded and comparative analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic significance of mammography for early-stage breast cancer. Results In 38 cases,25 cases of calcification were found, the rate was 65.79%.There were no statistic significant between age, side,TNM classification,BI-RADS classification, tumor pathologic type and microcalcification. There was statistically significant between microcalcification and Her-2 expression(P=0.031,< 0.05),but there was no statistically significant between microcalcification and expression of ER or PR(P>0.05).There was statistically significant between silt calcification and expression of ER and Her-2.There were no statistically significant between molecular classification and rod calcification or bifurcate calcification(P>0.05).Conclusion There was a correlation between microcalcification on mammography and the expression of her-2.The occurrence of silt calcification can promote the expression of ER and her-2.Microcalcification on mammography can be diagnostic basis for clinical diagnosis of early-stage breast cancer, and mammography is suitable for early-stage breast cancer screening.
