| Objective To analyze the perioperative blood management measures of two different artificial knee replacements in a retrospective manner and to optimize a reasonable blood management program. Methods Statistics of cases of artificial knee replacement performed at the Ningxia people’s hospital between January 2016 and May 2017 were selected according to the inclusion criteria, and 100 cases that met the research requirements were analyzed and referenced to the different blood management measures actually taken to classify them as experimental and control. The group used erythropoietin(EPO)combined with iron as the basis for the classification criteria. The experimental group began subcutaneous injection of 10,000 units of EPO on the first day after surgery, once a day, until discharge, and administered sucrose iron 200 mg on the third and fifth days after operation.Observe the values of hemoglobin Hb and Hematocrit Hct on the 1st,3rd,and 5th days after surgery, and the difference with the preoperative parameters, blood transfusion index, drainage volume, complications, and Differences in parameters such as length of hospital stay and comparative studies were conducted on the differences. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the preoperative general condition(P>0.05).The Hb and Hct parameters on the 3rd and 5th days after surgery in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the decrease was also relatively small(P<0.05),and the experimental group was allogeneic. The parameters such as blood transfusion volume, blood transfusion rate and postoperative hospital stay were relatively low(P<0.05).The postoperative complications and drainage volume of the two groups were compared and it was concluded that there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Erythropoietin combined with iron agent can rapidly and effectively increase postoperative hemoglobin in the perioperative period of artificial knee joint replacement, further reduce blood transfusion, reduce transfusion rate, improve postoperative anemia symptoms, and shorten comprehensive length of stay.Helping the patient recover to a better condition while having good safety, did not increase postoperative drainage and complications. |
