The family ethical relationship is a relatively stable family relationship, which is based on some natural factors and social factors, composed of objective relation and subject consciousness among family members, and through the due-value. With the development of the school layout adjustment in recent years, a lot of rural schools disappeared one after another in rural area of Hubei province, and many children have to leave home and board in school. The rural family structure, family economic burden, family functioning and relationship have changed a lot in many aspects. Which, to a certain extent, affects the development of the rural family ethical relations and the family ethics relations face some new problems. Focusing on the change of the rural family ethics relationship meets the proper meaning of new countryside construction under the background of school layout adjustment, which also meets the strategic needs of people-centered and building a new socialist rural area. It has a lot of important significance in the research content of family ethics with social change and solving the practical problems of rural family conflicts, etc.Base on previous study of family ethical relationship, more study is done by selecting X village (Xiaping township, Hefeng county, Hubei province) as the research object, which experienced the rural school layout adjustment, surveying the current status of X village family ethical relations. Through and interviews of the family members, neighbors, rural teacher and labour’s surveys, reveals the problem of family ethical relations after the rural school disappeared and the reasons for these problems. The survey found that, rural schools’disappearance affects the change and development of family ethics relations through it’s kernel, mediation, formation mechanism and regulation mechanism. Among them, in the kernel way,it affects family members of the family ethics and social values, which makes the subject consciousness produces deviation. In the intermediary opportunities, it weakens the function of economics, pension and emotional satisfaction in rural family, which leads the reasonable satisfaction of family member reduce, in the generating mechanism social communication way. it expands the space distance of family members.and increases the differences among family, in a result, neither frequency nor effect of the internal and external communication of family has been greatly reduced, and then affects the social interaction of the family. In the way of adjustment mechanism, it weakens the ability of the subject on moral self-discipline and heteronomy, and it disrupts the moral regulation in the relationship of the family ethics.In order to avoid and reduce the negative influence of rural school’s disappearance, we can fully mobilize the family, social organization and various government powers, by strengthening moral education, establish a-scientific concept of family ethics. We can close family social interaction, and establish harmonious family relationships, and make them form a confluence of moral self-discipline and heteronomy. Through strengthening the moral regulation of family ethics relationship and other measures, lead rural family dealing with the family ethics relationship problems correctly, and then promote the rural family ethical relations develop harmoniously and stably.
