The Research On China’s Historical And Cultural Village Under The New Urbanization Trend

Historical and Cultural Village is an important part of traditional ancient villages and agricultural civilization’s carrying platform. As a non-material cultural heritage, it has a variety of geographic, ethnic, and other rural folk history and culture, it has great value of preservation and protection. With the proposed new concept of urban construction, and people’s awareness of the history and culture of the village, the continuous improvement of the degree of attention, how to grasp and weigh the interaction between the new town construction and protection of historical and cultural village becomes academic circles and related fields research’s hot spots, it has great value for the future of our country to carry out the construction of new urbanization.With the development of national attention, and in the efforts to build a new type of urbanization of the pilot, the more perfect protection measures, promote the harmony between these two. In this background, this article from the perspective of the construction of the new urbanization, the author deeply analyzes the related problems of history and culture of the new urbanization appeared in the construction of village, and practice in Wenzhou for example analysis. This paper can be roughly divided into four parts:The first part of the background and significance of the research are described, followed on this topic in the relevant research literature and academic research results were reviewed, and then the main research method by the use of and possible innovation point a general description, at last, the next chapter of key concepts and theoretical basis of this study involved a detailed description and analysis of related to the concepts and definitions have been defined.The second part, from the macro level to our country new urbanization construction and on the analysis of the historical and cultural village development plan, including two aspects: the relationship between new urbanization and the historical and cultural village development of beautiful country, development of China’s historical and cultural village under the new urbanization.The third part, Wenzhou as an example for practice investigation and analysis, according to the characters of Wenzhou regional, combined with the feature of current status of the historical and cultural village in Wenzhou and the distribution of the five aspects are analyzed main problems hindering the development of the historical and cultural protection of village.The fourth part, analysis the new urbanization under the historical and cultural village development mode in our country, explores the power factor in the development of historical and cultural village in Wenzhou. From the perspective of experience for reference and enlightenment, expound and analyze the domestic and foreign typical significance in the history of cultural village problem like Italy, France and Zhejiang region of China, and summarize its development experience revelation. And based on this, strategies and suggestions are put forward for the historical and cultural protection and utilization of village in Wenzhou.
