Han Fei’s Political Theory in the state system is actually a monarch, minister, the public three level political decision-making system. In the political decision-making system, the monarch is the core of national, is responsible for the country’s macro management and decision-making; vassal is a bridge between the monarch and the public, information that is in charge of collecting people for the monarch, monarch transfer of feedback in the place of the monarch governing people; people responsible for farming and fighting, for the country provide economic and military support.
