The Research On The Management Of Folk Beliefs In Wenzhou Under The Construction Of New Countryside

New rural construction is an important part of constructing a socialist harmonious society, but also the key measure to solve the issues of agriculture, rural development and rural residents. It includes not only the rural economic construction, infrastructure construction, but also in all aspects of the construction of spiritual civilization, the long-term system engineering of new rural is composed of all above. On the one hand, spiritual civilization needs the socialist core value system, moral system, attitudes to science and so on, on the other hand it needs to absorb and carry forward all excellent traditional culture including folk beliefs. Then the socialist core value system and traditional culture build a "rural civilization" system together, therefore the new rural construction takes an active role in our society.Folk religion is the one of important parts of traditional culture; it reflects people's good will for life, nature and future, showing a positive creativity. Folk Beliefs is the ideology which influences on rural residents deeply, it has a strong vitality and resilience in rural society to a large extent affected the daily life of rural residents. From the perspective of socialist beliefs, we should coordinate the relationship between scientific outlook and folk beliefs, it can be healthy development of rural culture provide an impetus, therefore Rural folk belief research has a positive practical significance and academic value. In this paper, it takes Wenzhou City as an example to analyze the rural folk beliefs carefully by using the method of comprehensive study, from research and progressive process, it has five parts:The first part is the main source for the topic of this article, the research significance, research methods and related research status at home and abroad are described and theoretical literature review, we concluded with the difficulties of this research and innovation.The second part elaborates upon connotation of the new rural construction and the concept of folk beliefs. Meanwhile, it analyses the influence of folk beliefs on building a new socialist countryside both from the positive and negative impacts, this study believe that the positive impact of folk beliefs have mainly reflected in their cohesion, appeal, and its moral function in our society, and the negative impact is mainly reflected in feudal superstition, cults, the non-scientific knowledge and so on.The third part of its status quo perspective Wenzhou folk belief, the main problems are conducted field research and summarized the absence of thinking and understanding, management chaos, legal gaps in the system, the loss of cultural values is the existence of Wenzhou Folk Beliefs The major problem. On the basis of existing problems, it makes a very thorough analysis from social transformation, market economy, grass-roots organization and management and individual farmers.The fourth part puts forward some management countermeasures on the basis of previous analysis, including guidance and management aspects.The fifth part is the conclusion which shows the future management for folk religion.
