Research On Utilization Of Advanced Culture For Leading Mass Cultural Activity

The cultural developm ent strategy was defi nitely proposed in the m eeting of 18 th CPC National Congress to promote the construction of socialist cultural power in a sturdy manner.The construction of socialist cultur e and power necessary to adhere to the guidance of Marxism,cultivate and practice the socialist core values,constantly enrich the carrier and form of culture and enhance people’s sense obtained,so that the people enjoy a wider variety of spiritual and cultural life.The people are not only the bearer of cultural life,but also its creator and participant.To carry out mass cultural activities,is to be in the lead of the advanced culture,in order to enhance the ideological and cultural quality,cultural quality of life of the people as the goal,give f ull play to people’s initiative and creativity,stimulate their wisdom,and the p romotion of cultural forms of tradition and modernity,the m arket value of the cultu ral and social benefits combine to m ake mass cultural activities in a positive,healthy,progressive direction.Hefei seizes the opportunity to implement the development strategy of "city of the Great Lakes,Highland innovation",econom ic,cultural and social developm ent in central China from outstanding.At the sa me time,the m ass cultural ac tivities in Hef ei added highlights for its d evelopment.Research,summarized in Hef ei mass cultural activities proposed to further improve strategies,has certain significance.This paper focuses on the following aspects: First,it gave a brief introductio n to the advanced culture and the cultural activities with mass participation,prim arily introduced the connotations,characteristics and value of the advanced culture,the co nnotations,characteristics and value of the cultural activities with m ass participation,the relationship between the advanced culture and the cultural activities with mass participation;Second,it took Hefei City as an exam ple to introdu ce the existing status of the cultural activities with m ass participation,expounded the development status and the existing problems in respect of the cultural activities with mass participation at Hefei City;Third,it introduced the functions of cultural activit ies with mass participation,the nece ssary and feasibility studies of leading the cultural activities with mass participation by advanced culture;Finally,on the basis of the existing developm ent of the cultu ral activities with m ass participation,it proposed the principles that should be observed in leading the cultural activities with mass participation by advanced cultur e and the l eading approaches for better prom oting the development of cultural activities with mass participation.
