New media is the new form of the media appeared under the new technology supporting system. As is the product of the time features, it is look as the” fifth media” compared with the traditional four media forms: newspaper, broadcast, outdoors, televisions. New media, such as digital film, digital broadcasting, digital journal, touch media, mobile television, mobile phones, etc. has been separated from the traditional media gradually and has formed its own context characteristics.Comic creation under the new media context is more about the new embryonic form of the cultural development than a kind of entertainment cultural phenomenon. It brings the aesthetic value, artistic value and social value has the very broad market. Therefore, this article starts with the study of the concept and characteristics of the new media. Compare the advantages of the comic creation under the new media with the traditional comics. Analyze the aesthetic characteristics and value of the comic creation under the new media context.The new form of the book both has literature and artistic temperament. The comic creation is not only a form of aesthetic but more about artistic phenomenon. The dual identity it plays makes it more cultural atmosphere on the spiritual connotation and artistic value. Part 5: As a conclusion to summarize this thesis.Embodied in the new media era of comic creation aesthetic views tend to be towards more diversified, more popular, more creative direction. Comic art is no longer limited to the framework of newspapers, magazines and other traditional media, but in emerging media, such as cell phones, the Internet media, IPAD, the form affects the public’s work and life. This aesthetic phenomenon is like cool breeze blow into our age, both pure and fresh and comfortable, with a little bit of surprise.
