Cao Yu’s dramas have the important status in the contemporary drama history in our country and play an important part of literary language.The language of Cao Yu’s dramas is standard and elegant and the skill is well versed,which is the treasure of language skill. The stage instruction language in Cao Yu’s dramas is characteristic which is worth studying.So far,there are some achievements about the study on CaoYu’s stage instruction language in the academic circle.But the achievements are not concentrate,deep and systematic,which are shallow and dispersed.Comparing with CaoYu’s position of literature,excellent language expression art and the great art value of CaoYu’s stage instruction language,this state is not proportional.The paper taking CaoYu’s drama works as research object,uses the Small thiangle theory and method to discuss the Zhe sentences in Cao Yu’s drama stage instruction language,explore the syntactic structure,the semantic and the pragmatic and excavate the art essence of CaoYu’s drama stage instruction language..The first chapter is the introduction which introduces the meaning of the article,including the research value on Cao Yu’s dramas language,the current situation of Cao Yu’s dramas language and the stage instruction language in Cao Yu’s dramas,the methods in the article,the corpus source of the paper and the research contents.Chapter II is the syntactic structure analysis of the sentences of Zhe in the stage instruction language in Cao Yu’s dramas.It analysises and explains the general language table form of the sentence of Zhe and the language table form and feature of the sentences of Zhe in the stage instruction language in Cao Yu’s drama.It does the statistical classification forming related tables and analysises the features of each classification.The third chapte is the semantic analysis of the sentences of Zhe in the stage instruction language in Cao Yu’s dramas.It focuses on analysising the semantic of the front,middle and after the segment of the sentences of Zhe and explaining the semantic relations of the front,middle and after the segment of the sentences of Zhe,forming the tables of statistical data.Chapter IV is the pragmatic analysis of the sentences of Zhe in the stage instruction language in Cao Yu’s dramas.It analysises and adds up the sentences of Zhe from the aspect of showing the time and place in stage,structuring the realistic context,portraying characters,highlighting the dramatic conflict,intensiving language function and reflecting the style characteristics.The last part is the epilogue.It discourses the innovation,shortage and further research in the paper.
