As a critic in the history of Ancient Chinese Criticism Literary, Liu Chenweng comments a lot of poetry, prose and fiction, and he has made the success in the fiction and poetry. In the Poetical Criticism, Liu Chenweng first mature prose commentaries paradigm, introduced in the poetry criticism category. In the anthology of poetry while to punctuate of a poem, and his criticism into poetry works, formed a relatively perfect annotation paradigm of poetry. In total, Liu Chenweng commentaries of forty-eight Tangshi, encompassing various styles poetry, language, rhetoric and others have discussed in detail, with great research value.
