The Study Of Government Behavior Of DT District In Cultural Industry Development

The development of cultural industry in China started relatively later than developed countries, while the development of cultural industry has become an important way to achieve the break of national (regional) economic and social transformation. World experience shows that government action to promote the development of cultural industries play an important role. DT area which is an important area of X city in the west, its economic and social development has lagged behind neighboring cities plate. The development of cultural industry can effectively enhance the city’s image and supply sustainable power for social development. However, cultural industry of DT area stays in poor situation, and the government should bear a certain responsibility for it.The purpose of this research topic is to analysis the appropriate characteristics of regional culture industry categories via survey for the DT area developed current status and trend and taking the international research and experience for reference. At the same time, this research is to summarize and verify the issues that government have to face during the culture industry development such as lacking of strategic deployment, low efficiency of culture resource usage, organization staff arrangement, preferential policies and investment advertisement and platform building. And taking international current research and developed experience, we can get some suggestions to help the government to avoid omission actions, offside actions, and vicarious action, and playing the continuing positive role.
