The Research Of School Social Work Methods In Primary School Students Negative Emotion Management

With the accelerating pace of society,the responsibility and mission which children might be expected to shoulder is becoming more and more heavier.children also faces pressure from all aspects,as well as the effect of the teaching way of the Chinese “spoiled”,the influence of children’ personality development and emotional expression has a huge change.Therefore,the children who has been affected seriously by negative emotions becomes more and more,accompanying some adverse consequences that children’ physical and mental development and interpersonal could be influenced more.Method in this paper,through the group work method of school social work,the children who has affected by negative severed by the intervention of negative emotion management,to analyze and explore the group’s process and effectiveness of the intervention,proving that group work method is effective for the cultivating the ability of children’ negative emotion management,by the practice research.The author as a leader and workers of the group activities,has gained much benefit in the implementation of the whole team,Basing on the enlightenment and reflection on the practice,writer sums up the valuable work experience,methods and skills.Writer do professional internship in S city’s primary school,and know a lot about the situation of school and the students in this school.And writer has conducted an emotional management team in the school for the entire fourth grade students.through interview and observation evaluation assessment found that some students has been seriously affected by negative emotions,according to these students,to conduct a growing team,helping them to get rid of negative emotions,improve the ability of self emotion management,and has achieved certain results...
