In the current,recovery experience is the important focus of the enterprise and the organization managers.The recovery experience can not only alleviate the pressure of the job requirements,but also help the employees' physical and mental health and improve the employee's sense of career well-being.The study summarize job demand theory,occupational well-being theory and recovery experience theory,through construct job requirements and occupational well-being: the mediation effect of recovery experience,for the purpose of restoring the recovery experience as a mediator variable,trying to restore the recovery experience into the job requirements to occupational happiness model,and enriching the current theory,achieving the practical application of recovery experience.This study was conducted in two parts:The first is to prepare the study,we need revise the recovery experience scale and the need for recovery scale,we do two jobs,the one is translating the original English scale into Chinese,then translating Chinese draft to English draft.we use the convenient sampling method to collect 483 effective scales,through project analysis,exploratory factor analysis and other methods for the initial revision of the scale;followed by a convenient method,we collect the 358 effective datas to use the confirmatory factor analysis,ensure the scale to be revised again.The second is the main research,that is exploring the relationship between job requirements and occupational well-being: the the mediating role of recovery experience.A total of 515 valid questionnaires were obtained from the employees of Zhejiang and Anhui provinces.Through the estimation of statistical analysis and structural equation model,the following conclusions were drawn:Through the estimation of statistical analysiss,tructural equation model validation mediation effect test and other analytical methods,we get the main conclusions as below:(1)Job demands had a positive predictive effect on occupational well-being;(2)Psychological detachment played a mediating role in the job demands and occupational well-being;(3)Job demands had a positive predictive effect on the relaxation experience;(4)Control experience had a positive effect on the employee's occupational well-being.(5)The revised recovery experience scale was the same as the original version,including four dimensions: psychological detachment,relaxation experience,mastery experience,control experience;recovery needs scale only had one dimension.
