The Evolution Of Sino-soviet Relations Impact On China Economy(1949-1964)

After the founding of New China,the Soviet Union was the first country to announce establish diplomatic relations with China,which is consistent with China’s "one-sided" foreign policy.On February 14,1950,China and the Soviet Union signed the new Sino Soviet Treaty,the two countries quickly established a comprehensive cooperative relationship in political,economic and cultural fields.Meanwhile China as a new socialist cuontry,facing political isolation,economic blockade and military surround of capitalist countries.At the same time,China’s experience and assistance is only from the led by Soviet socialist country,the evolution of Sino-Soviet relations has gradually become an important factor in China’s economic development.This paper takes the evolution of Sino-Soviet relations as a breakthrough point,deep analysis of its impact on the development of China’s economy.And on the current background of "The Belt and Road" strategy,Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation is gradually deepening,the bilateral relations between China and Russia as well as the development of economic cooperation and puts forward relevant countermeasures feasibility.This paper mainly divided into five parts:the first part introduces the research background,significance and research methods and so on;The second part takes the concrete events as the breakthrough point,divides the evolution process of Sino-Soviet relations into running-in period,"honeymoon period",discord time and conflict time;The fourth part focuses on the impact of the evolution of Sino-Soviet relations on China’s economy,including the directly impact of the evolution of Sino-Soviet relations on Soviet aid,the impact on China’s economic development model and the comprehensive impact on China’s economy.The four stages of the evolution of Sino-Soviet relations corresponded to the Soviet Union aid to China,respectively,highlighting the sharp contrast between the Soviet Union’s aid to China during the First Five-Year Plan and the Second Five-Year Plan.China’s attitude towards to the Soviet economic model has gradually changed from the beginning of the Soviet Union as a teacher to the later to the Soviet Union as a mirror to the final anti-repair,these attitudes are also reflected in the China economy field."Soviet Union as a teacher" period,the blind copy of the Soviet economic model,the planned economic system is basically established in China."Taking the Soviet Union as a mirror" opened the exploration of China’s construction socialist road,but it did not really break through the Soviet model;The fifth part reveals the importance of economic construction as the center,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to the development of Sino Russian relations and trade cooperation between China and Russia.
