Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Confucius Institutes At National University Of Laos

National University of Lao as a comprehensive university in Laos,its purpose is to promote the development of Laos education,to rationalize,standardized and scientific,and for the development of national development in Laos for high-end talent.Laos National University and with more than 130 foreign universities signed a cooperation agreement,a steady stream of Lao students to provide foreign exchange opportunities with foreign universities.Confucius Institute was established in 2010,as the upstart of the National University of Laos,is in the context of "Chinese fever" in cooperation with the Guangxi University for Nationalities founded in cooperation,aimed at more Laos students to improve Chinese learning opportunities.But because of its short set up time,in all aspects of teaching and personnel there are some flaws.But the Lao National University is an important area of Laos public administration,and its teaching management has received great attention.This paper is mainly the Confucius Institute of Laos National University and the teachers and students of the school as the research object,this paper with the new public management concept,through the application of the new public management concept,the current Confucius Institute in the management system,teaching materials,teaching mode,,Development and other aspects of the existing problems,combined with public management knowledge to the education sector in Laos and the school management put forward a corresponding solution.
