| In recent years,with the rapid progress of internationalization,a considerable number of speeches have been applied to many occasions like international conferences and business conferences,which tend to encourage the cooperation and communication among various institutes.As a result,more and more attention has been paid to the speech interpreting.The interpreter has been entrusted by Peisen Education to attend its 2015 annual conference and takes charge of interpreting the speech given by the director of the international education department.Based on the guidance of deverbalization,the interpreter has presented a detailed analysis of the two processes of information restructuring in consecutive interpreting,which are comprehension restructuring and output restructuring.Comprehension restructuring is the initial stage of processing the source language.It refers to identifying both semantic meaning and grammatical structure.Output restructuring,the further processing of source language,aims to produce more reliable expression.During this practice,the interpreter has encountered some obstacles in restructuring the information,such as disfluency,redundancy and misinterpretation.As a result,on the basis of two stages of information restructuring,the interpreter puts forward three strategies accordingly,which are simplification,moderate order adjustment and amplification.In addition,the interpreter has illustrated a lot of examples existing in this speech interpreting practice to discuss how to put the information restructuring tactics into practice and make the interpreting more fluent and understandable.To sum up,through this interpreting practice,the interpreter has gotten a deeper and better understanding of the processes of information restructuring.It will be surely beneficial for the interpreter to delve into further study in the future. |
