As a typical representative of spatial orientation ability,the perspective taking spatial ability is widely used in our life,especially play an important role in some special fields of teleoperation robot and space station multi-persons' collaborative operation.The study found some problems in the existing perspective taking spatial ability measuring tools,such as too long time of formation,lack of reliability and validity information and so on,it is necessary to develop a new and effective perspective taking spatial ability test.The study has combed the development of the perspective-taking spatial ability research and the development of perspective taking measuring tools research,then combine today's computer technology to develop new 3D perspective taking spatial ability test.The development process includes two parts: the first part,to compile a three dimensional perspective taking test tool.In this part,the main work is finishing the species of the exist perspective taking tests,to distinguish the perspective taking type and view the essence of spatial ability,in preparation for the research work;The second part,to verify the three dimensional perspective taking measuring tool,this part of the study mainly includes the item analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis.Project analysis is mainly on the establishment of the difficulty of the test item and the degree of differentiation were identified,and ensure the test is able to distinguish between different perspective taking level of spatial ability within a certain difficulty range;Reliability verification including internal consistency reliability verification and a half reliability validation,to ensure the reliability of the new perspective taking spatial ability test;Validity verification including compatible validity verification,discrimination validity and demonstrative validity,to ensure that new perspective taking spatial ability test is effective.After the whole research,we can confirm the new 3D perspective taking spatial ability test is effective and can be promoted.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The new 3D perspective-taking spatial ability test project quantity control in 29,test time control in 3-5 min,and a similar number to the perspective-taking ability test project which are existed.(2)The new 3D perspective-taking spatial ability test's reliability and validity have been tested in better way.In the reliability discrimination,the internal consistency reliability coefficient is 0.834,1/2 reliability coefficient is 0.847;In validity test,The correlation coefficient of the compatible validity with three-dimensional perspective-taking spatial test is 0.624,the correlation coefficient of discrimination validity with three-dimensional mental rotation test is 0.447,which shows that the new 3D perspective-taking spatial test is a reliable,effective and ideal test.(3)To verify the validity of new external three-dimensional view conversion test,the study found that subjects with different perspective taking ability level through new perspective taking test to distinguish,has significant difference in typical perspective task finishing time,it means that the new three-dimensional perspective taking spatial ability test has very good distinction in practical applications.Based on the above researches,the new three-dimensional perspective taking spatial ability test to largely distinguish between the three-dimensional psychological mental rotation ability and the perspective taking ability.At the same time,by adjusting different perspectives in proportion to control the difficulty level of the test,and suitable for evaluation and selection of different measurement requirements.
