| “Calligraphy fever” has brought about the prosperity of traditional culture and calligraphy art,the richness of cultural needs and the diversification of values.However,the calligraphy ecology which grew rapidly in the contemporary commercial society and the market economy system,appeared in various problems.The rapid expansion of the calligraphy art has led to the unbalance of the calligraphy ecosystem,the subversion of the traditional art value system and the lack of the aesthetic judgment standard.The contemporary calligraphy shows various undesirable phenomena.Although there are a lot of calligraphers,but the good and the bad are intermingled,great master is rare.Calligraphy works are plentiful,but also can not cover up the fact that the quality is crude and classic works is hard to be produced.Throughout the ancient Chinese calligraphy,many calligraphy masters and classic works can be found.In the face of the grim situation of the current development of calligraphy,this paper tried to use the western classical theory to study the problem of the generation of ancient Chinese classics,to have some enlightenment to the development of calligraphy.At the same time,in order to find the new vitality of calligraphy art in a innovative way,this paper explored the ought-to-be status and development demands of new era’s calligraphy art in combine with the development environment and the characteristics of contemporary calligraphy art.On the basis of predecessors’ research,this paper set the Lanting Xu as a key example,to do all-round inspection to classic calligraphy works from the dimensions of canonicity and canon formation.And it also combined with the current calligraphy survival,to perform objective evaluation to calligraphy art.This paper also learned from the ancient calligraphy classics,committed to highlight function of culture and humanistic spirit in the creation of calligraphy,make forward-looking to the development of contemporary calligraphy and art,and then contributed to the canonization of current art.This paper took the generation mechanism of Lanting Xu`s canonicity as the object of study,tried to start from the aspects of composition,text attribute and reader dimension of classic calligraphy,and discussed the canon problem of contemporary calligraphy,be committed to the lineage and innovation of calligraphy,to build ahealthy ecology of calligraphy.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the important factors in the canon formation of canon theory,and translates it into the basic elements of the canon formation of calligraphy,sort out the important factors of canon formation in calligraphy area logically,from the artistic value,literary and cultural value,cultural rights,humanism,Calligraphy theory and criticism and the media,to grasp the process and the reasons of calligraphy canon formation.In the second chapter,after analyzing the elements of the calligraphy canon formation,this paper,starting from the noumenon of calligraphy,expound the canonicity of the ancient classic calligraphy work Lanting Xu after analyzing the calligraphy form,meaning,emotion and basic elements of classic work and so on,and analyzes the interplay and the mechanism of various factors in the process of calligraphy canon formation.The canon formation of Lanting Xu is not only related to the inherent mechanism and its own nature but also related to the art mechanism out of it.we believe it is an important factor for Lanting Xu became “the best in the world”.This chapter will sort out the canon formation of Lanting Xu diachronicly,and from three factors like calligraphy critics,collectors and spread the media,to explore the its acceptance history,from the calligraphy production,acceptance and reproduction to grasp the dynamic process of development of calligraphy.Through the analysis of the elements of classical Chinese calligraphy and the process of canon formation of calligraphy works Lanting Xu in the first three chapters,chapter four reflect the problems appeared in the booming wave calligraphy,examined the agent problems like the separation between content and form,the lack of innovation,excessive pursuit of skill driven by money,to provide some suggestions for the ecological health of the development of calligraphy. |
